k to Fred and Martha Roach, brother of Ben and Madeline Roach He was a proud graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Class of 1952 and was an active alumnus counting many of his fellow Bonnies grads as life-long friends. Bud was a veteran of the Korean conflict having served from 1952 - 54. He was a financial analyst for Eastman Kodak retiring in 1988. Bud met Ann, daughter of Delbert and Helen Predmore, the love of his life, through his good friend Johnny Morgan. According to dad the moment he saw her he knew, "she was the one". They were married by Ann's uncle Monsignor Predmore in February of 1952. Ann died in April of 2014. Bud was an active and loyal parishioner at St. John the Evangelist in Greece. Over the years Bud's ministry at the church included serving as lector, eucharistic minister, board member, cantor and choir member. Bud was gifted with a beautiful voice and loved to sing. Whether is was with his fellow Bonnies grads belting out classics like Bye, Bye Blackbird, or canting at church, Bud shared his gift generously. For many years during his retirement he and his friend, Ben Morgan, travelled to nursing homes where they entertained residents.
