Norma Johnson WILTON, Iowa #45;- Norma E. Johnson, 78, Wilton, died Friday, May 7, 2004, at her home. Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 11, at First Presbyterian Church, Wilton. The Rev. Bruce Giese will officiate. Musical selections will be provided by organist, Diana Gradert. Burial will be at the Durant Cemetery, Durant. Visitations are 5-7 p.m. today at Bentley Funeral Home, Wilton, and one hour prior to services Tuesday, May 11, at the church. Memorials may be made to the Genesis Hospice House, Davenport, and to First Presbyterian Church, Wilton. Mrs. Johnson was born March 1, 1926, in Nichols, the daughter of Peter and Ethel Chown Ellis. She married Ray H. Johnson Sept. 18, 1945, in Muscatine. He preceded her in death 1961. She retired as a payroll clerk from Eastern Iowa Light and Power, Wilton. Previously she had worked as the secretary to the superintendent of the Wilton Community Schools for 13 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Wilton.
