Sandra Wilson BEARDSTOWN, Ill. #45;- Sandra Kay 'Sandy' Wilson, 60, Beardstown died Tuesday, June 1, 2004, at her home. Graveside services are 11 a.m. Friday, June 4, at the Veterans' Section of Oak Grove Cemetery, Beardstown. Visitation is 9-10:45 a.m. Friday, June 4, at the Sager Funeral Home, Beardstown. Memorials may be made to the Guthrie-Pierce Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1239, Beardstown, or Cass/Schuyler Area Hospice. Mrs. Wilson was born April 5, 1944, in Chandlerville, Ill., the daughter of Leo Nathaniel and Iva Irene Force Duckwiler. She married George D. Wilson Oct. 15, 1965, in Beardstown. She attended school in Chandlerville. She was a homemaker and an active life member of the Guthrie-Pierce VFW Post 1239 Ladies' Auxiliary, where she enjoyed assisting the Red Cross with blood drives. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and she also enjoyed fishing and caring for her dogs, cats and birds.
