Clifton Leroy "Hook" Plantz, age 71, the son of Everett and Claire (Carpenter) Plantz, was born November 14, 1949 in Omaha, Nebraska. He passed away on January 29, 2021 in Omaha, Nebraska.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara "Anne"; children: Brian Plantz (Jill), Shannon Zoucha (Jake), Scott Plantz (Amanda); grandchildren: Izabella, Michael, Logan, Star, Jaxzen, Zachary, Aubrianna; sisters: Ann Reno, Marilyn Inserra (Sam); nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Everett and Claire Plantz.
SERVICES will be 12:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday until service time. Burial with Military Honors at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
