Clara Dircks SANFORD, Florida. #45;- Clara E. Dircks, 101, Sanford, died Saturday, Aug. 14, 2004, at the Healthcare amp; Rehab of Sanford. Services are 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 20, at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello. The Rev. Kimberly Bowles will officiate. Burial will be at the Letts Cemetery. Visitation is 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, at the funeral home. Mrs. Dircks was born on Aug. 14, 1903, in Letts, the daughter of Michael and Mary Reaney Blankenhorn. She married Marion Wallace Feldman in 1924. He preceded her in death in 1933. She later married Carl Dircks in 1952. He preceded her in death in 1972. She graduated from the Letts High School and attended Iowa State University, Ames. She was a homemaker and had been active in farming. She was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed all kinds of crafts. Survivors include three sons, Gale Feldman of Casselberry, Fla., Fred Feldman of Burlington and Wallace Feldman of Orange City, Fla.; two grandchildren, Barbara Moore of Winter Park, Fla., and Albert Feldman of Lake Mary, Fla.; five great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren; and a ...[more]
