Norma Jean Dickey MUSCATINE, Iowa #45;- Norma Jean Dickey, 61, Muscatine, died Friday, July 9, 2004, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, Iowa City. Services are 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home, 2907 Mulberry Ave. The Rev. Sharon Phillips will officiate. Burial will be at Healy Cemetery. After the burial, a time of food and fellowship will be held in the Community Room at the funeral home. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, at the funeral home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home. Mrs. Dickey was born on Feb. 11, 1943, in Muscatine, the daughter of J. L. and Margaret A. Coleman Hogan. She married Claude L. 'Dutch' Dickey on June 22, 1962, in Muscatine. She was a lifelong resident of Muscatine where she farmed all her life. She worked for the Muscatine School System. She loved her horses and helped rehabilitate wildlife. She was a member of the Quarter Horse Association. Survivors include her husband; a son, Ted Dickey and wife, Michele, of Muscatine; a daughter, Tina J. Witte and husband, Dennis, of Muscatine; her father, J. L.
