David Charles Brumit

David Charles Brumit was born on October 17, 1948 in Downey, CA. After his schooling, he joined the Rodeo Circuit and for many years enjoyed the thrill of the sport and the many friendships he made. Eventually he partnered with his father in his trucking company and learned the routes of a truck driver like a pro. He also drove for southwest trucking and Menezes Hay Co in Livingston and Los Banos. In 1984, he married Pat Baffuna and made their home in Los Banos for many years. They enjoyed the open road together until he started hauling hay for Menezes father and then son and finally the grandson. He enjoyed his family very much. David was preceded in death by his parents, Charles “Chick” and Billie and two sons; Billie and Michael Brumit. He is survived by his wife of 34 years Patricia of Los Banos, one daughter-in-law Shawna Brumit, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, his stepchildren; Toni Jean Hill of Los Banos, Frank and David Baffuna of Los Banos and Theresa Adams of Riverdale.
