Bremer, 72, Andalusia, died Monday, April 25, 2005, at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island, Ill. Burial will be at Andalusia Cemetery, Andalusia. Memorials may be made to the Andalusia Volunteer Ambulance, Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Bremer was born Dec. 11, 1932, in Onoway, Alberta Providence, Canada, the daughter of Elmo and Josephine Siegartner Stewart. She married Charlie Bremer Dec. 12, 1953. He preceded her in death Dec. 2, 2001. She was the human resource manager for Miller Container, Rock Island, for 22 years, retiring in 1995. She was a volunteer for Alternatives For the Older Adults. She was very involved with the Andalusia Baseball Association, Andalusia Acorn Women's Softball Team, Andalusia Mother's Club, Rock Island County Home Extension and was a former Girl Scout leader.
