Norman Martz SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - Norman G. Martz, 66, San Bernardino, formerly of Muscatine, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005, at his home. Funeral services 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services, 2907 Mulberry Ave. The Rev. Paul Ostrem will officiate the services. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. After the burial, a time of food and fellowship will be held in the Community Room at the funeral home. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, funeral home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home. Mr. Martz was born Sept. 4, 1939, in Muscatine, the son of William A. and Fern I. Wainscott Martz. When living in Muscatine, he attended Ziegler Memorial Lutheran Church. He was an 11-year member of the Lighthouse for the Blind. Survivors include three brothers, Billy Martz and wife Gloria of Ontario, Calif., Bobby Martz and wife Lola of Davenport and Larry Martz and wife Janet of Muscatine; and a sister, Helen Purdy of Brandon, Iowa.
