Sharon Louise Ganz

Sharon Louise Ganz, 74, of Rochester, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, April 5, 2021. Sharon was born July 20, 1946 in Rochester to Henry and Regina (Glassmaker) Ganz. Sharon had a zest for life and enjoyed it to the fullest. She enjoyed the small things that life had to offer, getting dressed up in fancy dresses and jewels, listening to beautiful music, planting flowers, car rides with the wind in her face, and trips to Lake City. Sharon loved Disney movies. Cars was also a favorite, especially Lightning McQueen. Sharon loved life and was always good for adding excitement to other people's lives. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and often she would start wearing her Christmas garb right after Thanksgiving. Sharon also loved going out to eat whether it was for burgers and fries, pizza, or just a good cup of coffee with friends. She was a vibrant woman who touched many lives. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by numerous friends and by her longtime friend, Shar (Greg) Hain.
