Rebecca (Becky) Lynn Head Finch
Rebecca (Becky) Lynn Head Finch, 63, a longtime resident of Buford Ga passed away on Friday April 9, 2021 Becky was born in Memphis, Tennessee to William Emerson Head, Jr and Shirley Jean Lewis Head. She graduated high school at Genesco Central High, Genesco, NY and continued her education at North Georgia College & State University where she met her lifelong best friend, Lori Beaver. She was employed by Primerica for 36 years. She previously resided in Genesco, NY as well as Lawrenceville, Snellville, Jackson and Buford, Georgia. She was residing in Dunwoody Ga at the time of her passing. Becky enjoyed life and she loved her family intensely. While she enjoyed all family gatherings, she most especially cherished the annual family trip to the beach. She enjoyed researching family genealogy and history. Surviving to cherish her memories are her children, Stephen Finch (Annie) and Kimberly Finch Beaver (Chris), granddaughter, Lorelei Beaver, grandsons Truett and Tobi Beaver, her brother James Head (Jacque), her sister Susan Head, and nephew Michael Head. She was married previously to Thomas Finch and was particularly close to her former in-laws, brothers Brian Finch (Mark) and Greg Finch (Pam) and sister Carol (Dave) Bowlin. A private family celebration of Becky's life will be held May 1.
