Bonnie Mae Thornton

Bonnie Mae Thornton, 71, Cadiz, died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. Her body has been cremated. No services are scheduled. Lamb Funeral Home, Hopkinsville, Ky., is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Thornton was born Dec. 4, 1934, in Muscatine, the daughter of Paul and Goldie Swank Slack. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Robert Thornton of Cadiz; two daughters, Debbie Thornton Rogers of Auburn, Wash. and Tania Thornton Wood of Cheyenne, Wyo.; a son, Colten Thornton of Seattle, Wash.; two brothers, Jim Slack of Muscatine and Stephen Slack of Chanhassen, Minn.; and a sister, Gwen Slack Schroeder of Aurora, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Connie Slack Keith. [more]
