JAMES HEIRIGS MUSCATINE, Iowa - James Joseph Heirigs, 46, of Muscatine, died Wednesday, March 1, 2006, at Jersey Ridge Place, Davenport. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at the St. Mathias Church, 215 W Eighth Street. The Reverends John P. Gallagher of the St. Mathias Church and Timothy Sheedy of Our Lady of Lourdes Church will con-celebrate. Honorary Bearers will be Benjamin Heirigs, William Heirigs, and Joseph Heirigs. Casket bearers will be Randal Cooper, David Cooper, David Crownover, Michael Riche, Tom Heirigs, Jim Heirigs, and Daniel Barnum. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2006, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home, with a Rosary Prayer Service at 7 p .m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Heartland Hospice or the Mayo Clinic to assist MSA. James was born June 24, 1959, in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Robert and Elizabeth Cook Heirigs.
