Sally Gann Sally Gann, 63, Letts, died Saturday, April 22, 2006, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City. The Rev. Kim Bowles will officiate the services. Burial will be in the Cranston Cemetery. Honorary casketbearers are Jennifer Gann, Joshua Connor, Elizabeth Gann, Cory Connor, Tadd Gann, Sara Gann, Trista Gann, Stephanie Gann and Chandler Gann. Following the services at the cemetery, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Letts United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Letts United Methodist Church or the Letts Fire and Rescue in memory of Sally. Sally Mae Petty was born Aug. 18, 1942, in Burlington, the daughter of John Cleveland and Hazel Mae (Stratton) Petty. She married Robert Gann in Indionola on Sept. 22, 1956. She was a nurse's aide at the Lutheran Home in Muscatine for 17 years and a home health care nurse. She was a member of the Letts United Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time in her flower and vegetable gardens, fishing, collecting porcelain dolls, but most of all, she loved being with her husband and family.
