Ruhl, George Loren Muskegon, Michigan George Loren Ruhl, age 95, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021 in St. Joseph, MI. He was born in Palmyra, MI on November 25, 1925 to George & Gertrude (Maloney) Ruhl and served his country in the US Navy during WWII. Loren "Larry" "Uncle Bud" was a man of many talents. A true entertainer he was an Aerialist with the Ringling Bros. Circus and Ice Skater with Holiday on Ice He had a Helicopter Spinning act that was performed World wide throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia and parts of Africa. The stories are endless of his adventures in travel and the many Hollywood movie stars that he was personally friends with and spoke with regularly. He was an accomplished Pianist and Organist who enjoyed writing music. Uncle Bud spoke of a certain peace and presence of God when he performed high above the ground with no net even though he had no personal relationship; but it was in his last three years of life when he moved down to Berrien Springs with his nephews, nieces, and family where he attended Granger Community Church in Mishawaka, IN. and Road to Life Church in St. Joseph on alternate weekends with his family that he met Jesus Chri...[more]
