ALICE VINER COLUMBUS JUNCTION, Iowa - Alice Viner, 92, of Columbus Junction, died Saturday, August 26, 2006, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, Columbus Junction. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Reverend Kimberly Bowles and Reverend Mike Townsley will officiate the service. Honorary bearers will be Neale Longstreth, Lynne Paul, Suzanne Bolton, and Melody Merritt. Casket bearers will be Chester McKillip, Scott Newell McKillip, Virgil Harden, Noel Townsley, Craig Townsley, and Terry Townsley. Honorary attendants will be Bettina Pittman and Joan Pretz. Burial will be in Indian Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at the funeral home. Viner of Columbus Junction; one daughter Joy McKillip and husband Chet of Muscatine; one granddaughter Natalie Harden and husband Virgil of Grand Island, Nebraska; one grandson Scott McKillip and wife Jennifer of Suwanee, Georgia; four great grandchildren Jessica and Grant Harden, and Bailee and Carlye McKillip. Alice was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter Joyce; one brother Forrest Townsley; and two sisters Velma Longstreth and Elizabeth James.
