DUBUQUE, Iowa -- Agnes M. "Gotto" Kramer, 96, of Dubuque, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, at the Dubuque Nursing and Rehab Center. Mrs. Kramer was born June 1, 1910, in Vernon Township, Iowa, the daughter of William H. and Rachel (Callahan) Gotto. She married Reynold 'Ray' Kramer on May 4, 1932, at St. Clements Catholic Church, Bankston, Iowa. He preceded her in death on June 14, 1978. She graduated from St. Clements High School in Bankston. After her marriage, she and her husband moved to Dubuque, where she was a homemaker and raised a family. She was a longtime member of Nativity parish and its rosary society. Survivors include three daughters, Marjorie (Richard) Sieverding of Dubuque, Karen (James) Seeley of St. Catherine and Mary (Robert) Hood of Ankeny, Iowa; two sons, Joseph D. (Judy) Kramer of Muscatine and Robert J. (Donnabelle) Kramer of Dubuque; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Kramer, of Dubuque; 23 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary McCabe of ...[more]

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, William; a grandson, Donald Kramer; sisters, Cecilia Schmidt and Eleanor Skahill; and brothers, Joseph, Gerald, Louis and Sylvester Gotto.
