Josephine Palma Brueckman

Josephine Palma Brueckman, age 87, died on June 20, 2021 at Samaritan Bethany in Rochester, Minnesota. Josephine was born on July 22, 1933 to parents Louis and Louise (Orefice) Del Medico in Hoboken, New Jersey. She grew up in New Jersey and graduated high school there and, after graduation, commuted to work in New York City. On February 20, 1954, Josephine married Joseph Brueckman in New Jersey. The couple started their married life together in Buffalo, New York and then moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico and Grand Junction, Colorado in retirement. Josephine moved to Rochester, Minnesota in 2014. Josephine accepted Jesus as her savior in her thirties and was active with church bible studies. In her free time, she enjoyed listening to music from Broadway musicals, Christian music and cooking delicious Italian meals, and socializing with friends and family. Josephine loved her dogs, was proud of her Italian heritage, and most importantly, she loved her family.
