Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services, Muscatine. MUSCATINE, Iowa - David Rudolph Offerman, 64, of Wapello, died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007, at Unity Hospital in Muscatine. Rev. Jason Crossen will officiate. Casket bearers are Roger Bartenhagen, Dick Wilson, Mark Carroll, Steve Anderson, Bob Jones, Grant Lilienthal, Ralph Grau and Steve Ralfs. The Inurnment will be held at Grandview Cemetery, followed with a time of food and fellowship at Gannon Hall. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association in memory of Mr. Offerman. Mr. Offerman was born on Nov. 3, 1942, the son of Albert L. and Violet L. (Sebelien) Offerman. On Sept. 11, 1965, he was united in marriage to Patricia A. Ritter in Mount Prospect, Ill. He was self-employed, and in sales and newspaper production prior to his retirement.
