PAUL E. SMITH MUSCATINE, Iowa #45;- Paul Edward Smith, 60, of Muscatine, died Sunday, September 2, 2007, at his home. Funeral Service will be 3 p.m. on Thursday September 6, 2007, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home, 1931 Houser Street. Reverend Charles Zeck of the First United Pentecostal Church will officiate the service. Casketbearers are Randy Smith, Edwin Steinke, Jerry Miller, Frank Lascelles, Bill Hepker and Bill Stalkfleet. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2007, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Sabrina Smith. Paul was born on June 24, 1947, in Muscatine, the son of Paul Alvin and Faye Elizabeth Dennis Smith. He married Sabrina Ferreira on August 28, 1987, in Muscatine. Paul was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Marines. Paul worked at Monsanto for 36 years, retiring in 2005 and was currently working at Boche Plumbing.
