WEST BURLINGTON, Iowa - Judith Rae Judy Chadwick, 68, of West Burlington, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008, at the Great River Medical Center Hospice House in West Burlington. The Rev. Tom Smith will officiate. Burial will be at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield. Memorials may be made to GRMC Hospice, the ALS Association and First Christian Church. Prugh Funeral Service Inc. in Burlington is in charge of arrangements. Ms. Chadwick was born April 12, 1939, in Bloomfield, the daughter of Levi Chadwick and Ruth Christy. She worked at Sylvania in Burlington and as secretary and bookkeeper at Grunder Ready Mix and Construction, now Hahn Ready Mix. She was a ceramic artist, enjoyed playing cards, traveling and looking for antiques. She was a member of the Rebecca Circle at First Christian Church - Disciples of Christ.
