HAROLD R. MARX Funeral Service will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2008, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home, 1931 Houser Street, Muscatine. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2008, at the funeral home. MUSCATINE, Iowa - Harold R. Marx, 80, of Muscatine, died Saturday, January 26, 2008, at Unity Hospital. Reverend Doresa Collogan of the Fellowship United Methodist Church will officiate the service. Burial will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery. Harold was born on January 1, 1928, in Muscatine, Iowa, the son of Henry P. and Lorena Ballenger Marx. He married Corrine E. Cozad on August 22, 1951, in Muscatine. He served in the US Army from 1946-1947 as a corpsman. He worked in maintenance for the Muscatine School System from 1948-1986 retiring as head custodian at Muscatine High School.
