MUSCATINE, Iowa - Jerry A. Jazzy Zellmer, 52, of Muscatine, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2008, at his home. Gertie Nichols will officiate. Following the interment, a time of food and fellowship will be at the Musserville United Methodist Church. Memorials may be directed to the Musserville United Methodist Church or family choice. Mr. Zellmer was born on June 4, 1955, in Muscatine, the son of Don W. and Carolyn J. (Lee) Zellmer. He was employed at HON Oak Laminate as a forklift driver for several years. He enjoyed swimming, fishing, listening to music, NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr., and was an avid Chicago Bears fan. He will be deeply missed by his mother; his sister, Nonie Wertzbaugher and husband, John, of Atalissa; his maternal grandmother, Velma Lee of Columbus Junction; two nieces, Michelle Metzger and husband, Rick, of Muscatine and Morgan Penderson of Muscatine; a nephew, Corp.
