to him with technology, being a gaming wizard, and beyond his years in computer technology. He was selected and enjoyed the opportunity to attend the Hays CISD STEM program, National Junior Honor Society, and a summer engineering camp. He built his own gaming computer system and ensured it was as high speed as it could be, and yet Caleb was so intrigued and fascinated by the slowness of a sloth mammal. At a very young age Caleb began playing sports, playing football for the Kyle Invaders, playing select baseball for the Shock Baseball team and the Bombers baseball team. He went on to play football for Barton Middle School and was also an avid runner in the 100 and 300 meter hurdles. Caleb loved hiking and climbing and loved every opportunity his family provided. At least four times, he climbed Casa Grande at Big Bend National Park and in his most recent quest climbed 12+ miles up the South Rim of the Chisos Mountains, a quest shared with his mom Kristy. The biggest love of all was Caleb's love of his sister, Aly. They were inseparable even though Caleb and Aly would pretend it wasn't so. Caleb shared many adventures filled with laughter and joking and even that good old sibling rivalry. Caleb and his sister shared their annual visit to the Austin Trail of Lights with his grandparents, a little bit for the scenery, but mainly the hot chocolate and food vendors. Caleb loved his pets, from Avery to George to Parker, Dexter, Molly and Oscar the cats, Luna and his favorite - his pet lizard Billy.
