Patsy J. Terhune WEST LIBERTY, Iowa - Patsy J. Terhune, 67, died Sunday, August 10, 2008, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2008, at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty. Burial will be held at the Oak Ridge Cemetery, West Liberty. A memorial fund has been established. Pat was born September 9, 1940, near West Liberty the daughter of Henry and Alma Schneider Heick. She married Lowell Terhune on October 30, 1960, in West Liberty. He preceded her in death in 1993. She was a graduate of West Liberty High School in 1959 and attended Mt. Mercy College in Cedar Rapids. The couple farmed in the West Liberty area for many years and she most recently was employed at the West Liberty School System for 20 years retiring in 2006. She enjoyed working on the farm, playing cards and most importantly her grandchildren and their activities.
