Jeffrey Donald "Jeff" Schuette, age 61, of Quincy, died on Friday, August 20, 2021, at 1:28 pm in Quincy, Illinois. Jeff was born July 8, 1960 in Quincy, Illinois, the son of Russell and Beverly Twaddle Schuette. Jeff was employed by the City of Quincy Water Department for 37 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Jeff loved his family and cherished spending every waking moment with his grandchildren. Survivors include his four children, Sean Fischer, Jason (Kelsey) Schuette, Keegan (John) James, and Jessica Schuette, all of Quincy;13 grandchildren, Gavin and Gage Fischer, Todd Gooding, Aieress and Noah James, Lethan and Lanee Schuette, Brayln and Brycen Scott, Deakon, Lillyan, Russell and Hadley Schuette. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Russell E. Schuette. Services: 10:00 am on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Greenmount Cemetery.
