Mr. PC Oneil Stowes was born April I,1937 to the late William M. Stowes and Essie L. Noel Stowes in Alexander City, Alabama. He was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Daviston, Alabama. He was united in holy matrimony to Gladys R. Hall, and to this union four children were born. He departed this life October 12,2010, at Russell Medical Center.
