DAVID FOX MUSCATINE, Iowa - David W. Fox, 41, of Muscatine, died Tuesday, December 30, 2008, at his home. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Dan Smith will officiate the service. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home. David was born on July 26, 1967, in Iowa City, the son of Donald E. and Liesel Lotz Fox. He was employed by HTH working at Grain Processing Corporation as a technician in the starch plant. Survivors include his father, Donald Fox of Muscatine; his mother and step-father, Liesel and Glenn Moench of Muscatine; two sons, Quinton and Wesley Fox of Maryland; one brother, Larry Fox of Muscatine; and three sisters, Linda Novak of Germantown, Maryland, Glenda Huyser of Gaithersburg, Maryland, and Kathy Moench-Reimers of Fruitland.
