Kristy 'Mimi' Munday MUSCATINE, Iowa - Kristy Mimi Munday, 42, of Muscatine, died Monday, March 16, 2009, at Unity Hospital. Funeral Service will be 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2009, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Michael Rojas will officiate services. Casketbearers will be Roger Newsome, Michael Rojas, Richard Vickroy, Tim Othmer, Scotty Boyce and Tony Boyce. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2009, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home. 'Mimi' was born on December 31, 1966, in Muscatine, the daughter of Loren Allison and Della Townsend Schaffer. She was a homemaker and a waitress at the Hotel Muscatine. She enjoyed going on rides, shopping, country music and especially spending time with her special friend, Doug Hathaway, her family and especially her granddaughter, Bailey.
