STEPHANIE ROBY MUSCATINE, Iowa - Stephanie Ellen Roby, 41, of Muscatine, died Saturday, March 28, 2009, at her home. Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at the Jesus Mission, 509 Mulberry Avenue. Reverend Sharon Phillips will officiate the service. There will be a time of food and fellowship following the service at the Jesus Mission. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Stephanie was born on November 18, 1967, in Muscatine, the daughter of William J. and Rochelle Kolpack Roby. She returned to Muscatine two and one half years ago. She had also resided in Corpus Christie, Texas, and Rancho Palos Verdes, California. She was an artist with natural talent. She loved animals and reading.
