Survivors include his wife, Kim Hagy of Muscatine; one daughter, Teela Hagy and boyfriend, Joe Bunn, of Muscatine; his mother, Dorothy Hagy of Muscatine; his godchildren, Tyson Goddard and wife, Mylea, and their son, Dylan, of Corsicana, Texas, Tennelle Flake and her children, Angelica, Samantha and Madeline Chambers, of Houston, Texas, and Alicia Goddard of Wilton; his mother-in-law, Bonnie Goddard of Muscatine; brother's-in-law and sister's-in-law, Bruce Goddard and wife, Janet, of Muscatine, David Goddard of Muscatine, Timothy Goddard of Muscatine, Paullette Maynard and husband, Dan, of Janesville, Wisconsin, and Debra Shannon and husband, Denny, of Fruitland; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Hagy, a brother in infancy, his grandparents, his father-in-law, Wayne Goddard, two sister's-in-law, Bonnie Goddard and Brenda Flake Goddard Campbell.
