Carrie Lawrence, age 55, of Quincy, died Monday, September 6, 2021, in her home. Carrie was born May 22, 1966 in Lawrence, Kansas, the daughter of Robert and Carolyn Holmes Anderson. She married Richard "Rick" James Lawrence on March 21, 1998. He preceded her in death on September 8, 2020. She was previously married to Ben Kenison. Many years ago she worked in a nursery where she developed a love of plants and gardening. She later worked as a secretary at St. Louis Community College. She worked for many years as a secretary at Lincoln County Medical Center in Troy, MO. In her spare time she enjoyed watching sports, especially the Blues and Cardinals, watching and reading the news, and gambling.
