Corporation in Muscatine, retiring in 1990. He also did roofing work and a lot of tree trimming. He did cement work for Raymond Marquardt in Oakville and notably helped pour the main Russell Street in Oakville. He enjoyed reading western books and being outdoors hunting, trapping, fishing, and arrowhead hunting. He also enjoyed camping and woodworking. He had helped with Boy Scouts and the Louisa County Habitat for Humanity. He attended the United Methodist Church at Oakville and the Solid Rock Baptist Church at Wapello. He is survived by his wife, Barb Beeding; three children, Marvin Beeding and wife, Cindy, of Oakville, Tereasa Wykert and husband, Jack, of Wapello, and James Beeding and wife, Mary, of Shawnee, Kansas; 10 grandchildren, Kristen Marshall, Daniel Beeding, Jessica, Samantha, and Jeramy Wykert and Christopher, Alex, James, Amanda, and Seth Beeding; five great-grandchildren, Nicolas and Lucas Lieb, Raven and Jaclynn Wykert, and Jaxon Marshall; five sisters, Stella Foster and Beverley Spitznogle, both of Wapello, Evelyn June Clayton of Letts, Bonnie Oberly and Anna Moore, both of Wapello; two brothers, Clyde Pete Beeding of Muscatine and Jerry Beeding of Wapello; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter, Kay Lee; three sisters, Vivian Foster, Alice Hamilton and Helen Florene Wixom; and four brothers, Omer, Ronald, Harold Herb, and Terry.
