Kevin Richard Sheppeard SPRINGFIELD, Ohio - Kevin Richard Sheppeard, 35, of Springfield, formerly of West Linn, Oregon, died in an auto accident on Thursday, February 11, 2010. Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. on Monday, February 15, 2010, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. Reverend David Ivey of the First Presbyterian Church will officiate. Casket bearers will be Michael Sheppeard, Henry Sheppeard, Bill Harper, Shon Sargent, Jerry Wymer and David Housley. Burial will be at Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. Following the interment a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Community Room. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2010, at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for his children at the funeral home in his memory. Kevin was born on March 5, 1974, in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Marvin and Connie Murnahan Sheppeard. He married Lori Wymer on June 12, 1999, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was self-employed as owner/operator of T.K. Landscaping. He will be deeply missed by Lori Sheppeard of Muscatine; three children, Taylor, Karrington and Liam of all of Muscatine; five siblings, Sandy Depugh of Chillicothe, Ohio, Michael Sheppeard and wife, Tammy, of Chillicothe, Ohio, Henry Sheppeard of Springfield, Ohio, Faith Ann Sheppeard of Springfield, Ohio, and Sarah Viers and husband, Steve, of Springfield, Ohio; fathers-in-law and mothers-in-law, David and Barb Housley of Muscatine and Jerry and Sharon Wymer of West Linn, Oregon; and many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Sheppeard; his mother, Connie Sheppeard Morrison; his aunt, Marilyn Ree Dunbar; and maternal and paternal grandparents.
