Brant Alan Miller

Brant Alan Miller, 37, of Carman, Illinois area formerly of West Burlington died at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at his residence. Born March 1, 1973 in Winter Park, Florida he was the son of Terry and Wanda Baldwin Miller. Brant was a graduate of West Burlington High School and also of Associated Builders and Contractors Electrical apprenticeship program. He was a journeyman electrician for several electrical firms. Brant enjoyed motorcycles, grilling out, the outdoors and especially fishing with his daughter, Myah. He was an avid Hawkeye Fan. Brant was a kind hearted man who always was helping others out. His biggest enjoyment was spending time with his daughter. Survivors include his parents, Terry and Wanda Miller of Burlington; two daughters, Allison Miller and Myah Miller both of Burlington; one brother, Chad Miller of Burlington; maternal grandmother, Wannettia Baldwin of Mediapolis and paternal grandmother, Maxine White of Burlington. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Willis Baldwin and paternal grandfather, Loren White. Room A of Burlington Memorial Auditorium. At 1:30 p.m. a prayer will be recited followed by sharing of memories of Brant. This will be a casual gathering with a luncheon to be served. Please use the River Side (East) Entrance. The family would like to extend an invitation to all of Brant's friends to come help celebrate his life. A memorial has been established for his daughter Myah's education.
