Cleone Rachel Olson McCulloh DEWITT, Iowa - Cleone Rachel Olson McCulloh, 84, died Sunday, March 14, 2010, at Amber Ridge in DeWitt. Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at the United Methodist Church in Low Moor. The Revs. Christine Minor-Heilig and Chuck Kelsey will officiate. Burial will take place in Prairie Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at the Schultz Funeral Home in DeWitt. Cleone was born on August 15, 1925, at rural Calamus, the daughter of Waltin and Jennie Larson Olson. She graduated from Calamus High School in 1943. She received a bachelor's of science in institution management from Iowa State University in 1947. While at Iowa State University she became involved with the Lutheran Student Association where she developed a network of friends she maintained until her death. Following college, she worked for the national Lutheran Student Association and served as a counselor to young college women in Canton, S.D. and the University of Oregon in Eugene.
