Richard Rowe Jr.

Richard Rowe Jr. passed away at the age of 41. He was a truck driver and politician for District 23. He leaves behind his sister Laura ( Mike ), niece Katie, nephews Josh and Dylan, his Aunt Cindy ( Chris ) Namoski, cousins Leanne and Brittany Gettle, and Aunt Danna and cousin Allen, his Uncle Gary ( Sandy ) and daughter Ellen, and numerous other cousins.
