John Maverick Bowers

John Maverick Bowers, of Oreland, PA died suddenly on October 12, 2007. Born in Philadelphia, PA he was a member of Holy Martyr's Church in Oreland, a graduate from Springfield High School in 1965, a member of the Pagan Motor Cycle Club, and active with the Oreland-Wyncote Little League Baseball. He was employed as a Truck Driver. Survived by his wife Cynthia (Campbell) Bowers, and children John (Anne) Bowers of Ambler, PA, Kelly (Bob) Wilsbach of Oreland, PA, Matthew (Barbara Ann) Bowers of Flourtown, PA, Linda Bowers of Oreland, PA and Jennifer (Paul) Hamilton of Oreland, PA. He is also survived by a sister Joan Marshall of Eagleville, PA and grandchildren Tyler, Kayla, Alexis, Ryan and Gabrielle. We'll miss you Pop-Pop. He was the son of the late Lester T. and Regina (McDonnell) Bowers. Friends and relatives may call Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, 1111 S.
