Nicholas Luke Whalen Secor, 27, resident of Philadelphia, and formerly of Ambler, PA and Clinton, NJ, artist, musician and restaurant worker, committed suicide on Wednesday, November 28.
Nick, born in Bogotá, Colombia, was an intelligent, artistically passionate young man. He was attending Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts where he was sculpting marble. He loved playing guitar and composed and recorded music with his friends. Nick was a caring son, brother and friend who showed his love in many ways, such as sharing his artwork, through his wonderful sense of humor, in his love of music and reading and just by being himself.
Nick leaves behind his anguished family and friends.
