JUDY CLYMER TINGLEY, Iowa - Judy Clymer, 71, of Tingley, Iowa, formerly of Muscatine, Iowa, passed away June 23, 2011 in Mount Ayr, Iowa. Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at the First Christian Church in Mt. Ayr, Iowa. A private burial will be in Tingley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2011, First Christian Church in Mount Ayr, Iowa. A memorial fund has been established in her name to be decided later. Watson-Armstrong Funeral Home 205 W. Monroe St., Mount Ayr, Iowa, is in charge of the arrangements. Judy, the daughter of Kathleen Dilly and Harold Townsend, was born February 6, 1940 in Muscatine, Iowa. She graduated from Muscatine High School. She worked as a Registered Nurse. Survivors include her daughters Beth Kenny of Des Moines, Iowa, and Terri Chafa of Tingley, Iowa; sons Eric (and Monica) Clymer of Mount Ayr, Iowa, Bob (and Kelli) Clymer of Prairie City, Iowa and Jerry (and Beth) Weikert of Muscatine, Iowa; 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother Harold "Rusty" Townsend of Miami, Florida.
