Joyce A. New, age 80, of Springboro, OH; died Tuesday June 28, 2011 at Hillspring Nursing Home. Joyce was born in Somerset, KY on June 26, 1931 to Clarence and Cena Phillipi. Her husband, Chester New, preceded her in death in 2005. Joyce is survived by her 2 daughters Vickie Retherford of Franklin and Yolanda VanHook of Springboro; 3 sisters Ruth Walters of Beavercreek, Ginny Pagent of Somerset, KY, and Nancy Richardson of Omaha, NE; a grandson Timothy A. Harp; and 2 great granddaughters Hana and Twylight Harp. Funeral services are Friday July 1, 2011 at 2pm at Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St Springboro, OH with Elizabeth Amburgy officiating.
