David Harold Mullins

David H. Mullins Sr. 63 went home to be with the Lord Saturday July 23, 2011 after a lengthy illness at Franklin Ridge Nursing Home. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on August 9, 1947 to Robert and Sally (Estes) Mullins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Holt and Myrtle Gibson, paternal grandparents, Lonnie and Hattie Mullins, his father, Robert, step-father, Thomas Estes and a son Nichols. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Diane (Crawford), children, David Mullins and Dena (Donnie) Merrill. He also leaves 8 grandchildren, Brittney, Brooke, Jessica, Perish, David, Dylan, Austin, and Dustin. Also survived by one great grandchild, Evelyn Marley, 2 sisters, Florine (Martin) Cox, Kitty (Larry) Steele, and his mother, Sally Mullins. He also leaves many loving uncles, aunts, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 11:00 Am Tuesday August 2, 2011 at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd.
