She loved kids and enjoyed nurturing them. She was instrumental in encouraging her husband to pursue the conservation of the Baldwin Marsh. Doris is survived by daughters, Debra (Rodney) Bagby of New London, IA, Micki (Randy) Seeling of St. Louis, MO, Jill (Pat) Hinke of Cedar Rapids, IA and Brenda (Craig) Hutton of Manchester, IA; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; and brothers, Wayne (Coletta) Littell of Eldridge, IA, and Donald (Joan) Littell of Davenport, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Marguerite Bruns, and her husband, Howard. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Doris R. Bock memorial fund has been established.
