David Alan Yakish RIO LINDA, California--David Alan Yakish, 55, of Rio Linda, died on Sunday, August 14, 2011, at his home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date in Lone Tree. Burial will take place in Lone Tree Cemetery. A Memorial Service will also be held in California at 6 p.m. on August 20, 2011. For information call Carolyn Marshall at (209) 245-5555. David graduated from Lone Tree High School, attended the University of Iowa and University of Northern Iowa, graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Landscaping Architecture. David was self-employed and founded Garden Makers Landscaping Co. in Washington DC, Florida, and California.
