A new star was added to the Heavens on February 5, 2022. Megan Elaine McDougall Christensen left this earth on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at her home in Chandler, Arizona. Born January 5, 1978, in Williamsville, NY and moving to Arizona in 1986, Megan was a caring mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Her main interest in life was her 3 sons. She was a marvelous and ferocious mother protecting while making life fun for her children. She always said, "I am not raising boys, I am raising men." Megan earned her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University. Education was important to her, and she stressed this to her boys. She was Chief Operations Officer at Valleywide Surgical Services. Megan was a dedicated, loyal, and excellent employee. She also took the time to be a caring leader. Megan's interests were many. She enjoyed spending time with her boys, decorating, singing, and playing guitar. She had an amazing love for her animals. She also spent time enjoying nature and traveling with her family and friends. But her sweetest and the most unforgettable gift was her generosity. She would organize and give to anyone in need. Megan was preceded in death by her grandparents, Benjamin, and Evelyn McDougall and Kenneth and Maxine Bloss; uncle Robert Raschilla; uncle Kenneth Bloss; uncle Joseph Bloss and brother-in-law Robert Scott Christensen. Megan is survived by her devoted husband, Chuck; her sons Brock Robert, Cade William, and Gage Wyatt; her father William McDougall; her mother Karen Bloss-Miller; her stepmother Christi McDougall; father-in-law Robert Christensen; mother-in-law Molly Christensen; sisters Tammy Atherton (Chris), Crystal Howard (Jeff), Heather McDougall, brother William (Billy) McDougall (Jessica). Melissa McDougall, Rebecca Swiatkowski (Paul), Carrie Baker (Jesse) and April Achtziger (Dustin); She had a close relationship with her aunt Linda Raschilla and uncle Jack McDougall, brother-in-law, Terry Christensen (Celia); sister-in-law Sheri Settle (Jeff); and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
