The family later relocated to Omaha, Nebraska, where he spent the majority of his life. James was baptized at an early age and attended Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church. James completed his earthly journey on February 5, 2022. James received his education in Omaha, NE, at Belvedere Elementary, McMillian Jr. High School, and Northwest High School and graduated in 1983. He loved football and played the position of running back in high school and was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan for many years. He found his passion in construction and many other laborer jobs. James loved fishing, hunting, and bowling.
