Susan C. Huddleston, age 67, of Quincy, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022, at 3:08 am in Culbertson Memorial Hospital, Rushville, Illinois Susan was born March 1, 1954 in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of John P. and Mary Gayle (Kern) Liebig. She married Eddie Huddleston and they later divorced.. Susan attended Ellington Grade School and graduated from Quincy High School in 1972. After her graduation, Susan worked at various Quincy businesses during her career working. Susan loved her family and looked forward to family gatherings, daily phone conversations with her son, Jason, as well as the close relationship with her special cousins, who were very meaningful to her. She loved experimenting with new recipes, growing flowers, and playing all types of games. Her kind and gentle heart will be missed by all who know her. Susan was a life-long member of Vermont Street United Methodist Church and enjoyed listening to their radio church services. Her faith was important to her.
