Deaf-Blind Community; He would volunteer and run many Pool Parties, Game Events, set up and work at Scott Stoffel's Tactile Carnivals. He was a difference-maker to his family, the community, and the country. He had a contagious laugh and always said, "If people were laughing with you, they could not laugh at you." His mission in life was to bring Joy and Happiness to everyone. Frank served the Baptist Church as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher in many churches and currently attended Calvary Baptist Church in Lansdale, Pa. Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Wanda L. (nee Atchison) Stoffel, and is the devoted father of Larry J. Stoffel and his wife Kathryn of Kissimmee, Fl, Gretchen A. Stoffel of Lansdale, and Scott M. Stoffel of Lansdale. He is the Loving Grandfather of 4, Great Grandfather of 3 and brother of Anna Weber of Sellersville, PA, and Marge Hagan of Ocean City, NJ.
