Kelsey Hazel Carr

Kelsey Hazel Carr, 29, took her last earthly breath on February 26, 2022 in Phoenix Arizona where she resided for the last 6 years. She was born March 29, 1992 in Massachusetts, growing up in Cape Cod. She is the beloved daughter of Dorothy Baldic. Kelsey leaves behind a sister, Crystal Carr(PHX) and a daughter, Willow Borges(MA). She was predeceased by her grandparents, Irene and Robert Baldic, Uncles John and Charles Baldic, Aunt Debra Baldic and cousin Maryann Baldic. She also leaves behind her boyfriend, Brandon Kilpatrick and several friends and family. Kelsey had a beautiful, loving and creative soul. She enjoyed music, poetry, reading, photography and hiking. Her contagious laugh and funny self of humor will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known and loved her.
