Mark Owen Woods

Mark Owen Woods was born on Saturday July 27, 1957 in Bristol, Tennessee. He passed from this life on Wednesday June 29, 2022 at Estelle House hospice facility in Ocala, Florida. Mark moved to Cookeville, Tennessee as a teenager and called Cookeville home for the remainder of his life. He was an over the road truck driver for the larger part of the past 40 years. Mark is the son of Ovil Herbert (O.H.) Woods and Vernice Geneva (Bunny) Wyatt Woods. He was also proceeded in death by his brother, Joel Stephen Woods and nephew, Adam Keith Woods. Mark is survived by a son Bradley Elliott Woods (wife Julie), daughter Tiffany Nicole Pena (husband Franklin), granddaughter Bella Hargis (fiancé Cody Huffman), grandson Jordan Pena, great-granddaughter Harper Huffman, ex-wife and mother of his children Aline Skelley. He is survived by two nieces Lisa Neisler and Sara Woods. Mark is also survived by a very special, long time, best friend and former co-worker John Dahms. In keeping with his wishes Mark was cremated and no service will be held. Coast To Coast Cremations of Ocala, Florida was in charge of final arrangements.[more]
